Luminasium LLC ("we", "our") operates the Simulak mobile application. This policy explains how we handle your information.
What We Collect
Voice input: Your speech is processed by Apple's on-device speech recognition. Audio is not sent to our servers.
Conversation text: Your messages are sent to our servers to generate AI responses. We do not store conversations after they end.
Device identifier: A random identifier for rate limiting. Not linked to your identity.
Analytics: Basic usage data (app opens, crashes) to improve the app.
Third-Party Services
We use third-party services for AI processing, voice generation, and analytics. These services have their own privacy policies.
What We Don't Collect
No account or login required
No personal information (name, email, location)
No conversation history stored
No data sold to third parties
